Description
With automatic data collection and a built-in rule engine, ISM QUAD RF IoT Gateway can process field data locally and execute condition-based actions. At the field level, the device communicates securely with other ISM QUAD RF and compatible RF devices over a license-free 868 MHz ISM band RF network, using AES-256 encryption. This architecture enables data collection across wide and distributed field environments without dependency on SIM cards or cellular operators. Data collected over the RF network can be transmitted to SCADA systems, software applications, and IoT platforms via Ethernet or Wi-Fi connections, using MQTT, HTTP, and Modbus TCP protocols. This ensures reliable integration between the RF-based field infrastructure and IP-based central systems.
Equipped with WireGuard VPN, a built-in firewall, certificate-based authentication, and encryption features, ISM QUAD RF provides a high level of security for industrial systems requiring secure remote access and data protection over Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections.
Its industrial-grade metal enclosure, wide operating temperature range, and robust design ensure reliable, stable, and long-term operation in harsh field environments.
Fast and Easy Installation
Easy Mounting and Setup
With DIN rail mounting support, the ISM QUAD RF IoT Gateway can be installed quickly and securely in control panels. Thanks to its web-based user interface and built-in Wi-Fi Access Point capability, the device can be easily configured without the need for additional equipment.
ISM QUAD RF IoT Gateway
Data Collection
ISM QUAD RF IoT Gateway can automatically collect data from PLCs and Modbus-based field devices via Ethernet and RS485, as well as through its built-in analog and digital inputs. With support for license-free 868 MHz ISM band RF communication and RF Mesh, it enables reliable data collection from other ISM QUAD RF and compatible RF devices, even in remote and challenging field environments. The collected data is processed locally and prepared for transmission to central systems and software platforms via Ethernet or Wi-Fi (Access Point / Station) connections.
Simplified Rule Engine Support
ISM QUAD RF IoT Gateway features a built-in rule engine capable of performing basic mathematical and logical operations on analog, digital, and RF-based data.
This enables condition-based actions, triggering of analog or digital outputs, and forwarding of processed data to IP-based systems, allowing automation scenarios to be implemented without the need for an additional PLC or controller in the field.
Multi-Protocol IoT Gateway
With support for Modbus TCP/IP, MQTT, and HTTP, ISM QUAD RF IoT Gateway securely transfers field data collected over the RF network to IP-based systems via Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections. By combining multiple industrial and IoT protocols in a single device, it simplifies the integration of RF-based field devices with SCADA systems and IoT platforms.
Built-in I/O and Connectivity Interfaces
ISM QUAD RF IoT Gateway provides the digital and analog input/output interfaces and communication options required for field applications as built-in features. With its compact, DIN rail–mountable design, it enables easy installation in control panels and quickly adapts to a wide range of field conditions.
