Description
With automatic data collection and a built-in rule engine, DC QUAD Wi-Fi IoT Gateway can process field data locally, execute condition-based actions, and transmit data to central systems. Collected data can be securely delivered to SCADA systems, software applications, and IoT platforms via MQTT, HTTP, and Modbus TCP protocols. With IEC 62056-21 support, the device can directly collect data from electricity meters, providing an efficient and practical solution for energy monitoring and data acquisition projects.
Equipped with WireGuard VPN, a built-in firewall, certificate-based authentication, and encryption features, DC QUAD delivers a high level of security for industrial systems requiring secure remote access and data protection. Its industrial-grade metal enclosure, wide operating temperature range, and robust design ensure reliable, stable, and long-term operation in harsh field environments.
Fast and Easy Installation
Easy Mounting and Setup
With DIN rail mounting support, the DC QUAD Wi-Fi IoT Gateway can be installed quickly and securely in control panels. Thanks to its web-based user interface and built-in Wi-Fi Access Point capability, the device can be easily configured without the need for additional equipment.
DC QUAD Wi-Fi IoT Gateway
Data Collection
The DC QUAD Wi-Fi IoT Gateway can automatically collect data at user-defined intervals from PLCs and Modbus-based field devices via Ethernet and RS485, as well as field signals through its built-in analog and digital inputs. The collected data is processed locally and prepared for transmission to central systems and software platforms via Ethernet or Wi-Fi (Access Point / Station) connectivity.
Simplified Rule Engine Support
The DC QUAD Wi-Fi IoT Gateway features a built-in rule engine capable of performing basic mathematical and logical operations on collected analog and digital field data. This enables condition-based actions, triggering of analog or digital outputs, remote device control, and secure data transmission to other systems.
Multi-Protocol IoT Gateway
With support for Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, MQTT, and HTTP, the DC QUAD Wi-Fi IoT Gateway acts as a flexible and secure bridge between PLCs, sensors, meters, analog field equipment, and IoT platforms over Ethernet and Wi-Fi infrastructure. By combining multiple communication protocols in a single device, it simplifies integration from the field level to IT systems.
Built-in I/O and Connectivity Interfaces
DC QUAD Wi-Fi IoT Gateway provides the digital and analog input/output interfaces and communication options required for field applications as built-in features. With its compact, DIN rail–mountable design, it enables easy installation in control panels and quickly adapts to a wide range of field conditions.
